About Us

Leach Construction, LLC was founded in 2017 but our family's construction journey started in 1965 under the name Rich & Sons Home Improvement. Rich & Sons proudly served the greater metro Detroit area for 3 generations. In 2017, we decided to rebrand under the new name Leach Construction, LLC to align our name with our services. The company is now run by owners Dennis Leach and Michael Perri. Our company is located in St Clair Shores, Michigan. Leach Construction specializes in but is not limited to roofing, siding, gutter and deck installation. We service Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, and Washtenaw counties.

Our Services

Roofing

Our company offers roof replacement and repairs on residential and commercial asphalt and EPDM rubber roofs. We are fully licensed and insured. Our preferred shingle is CertainTeed Landmark.

Siding

Leach Construction offers but is not limited to Vinyl, James Hardie, Diamond Kote, cedar shake and board and batten siding/trim installation.

Gutters

We offer five- and six-inch seamless gutters with hand spun corners. Aluminum gutters are installed with aluminum hidden hangers. Copper and brass gutters are also available options.

Decks

Leach Construction offers several options for exterior decking projects. Such as new custom decks, renovating and/or re-decking existing decks, addition of railings, trellis, and extension of existing decks.
