Siding

Our company starts by removing existing siding products down to sheathing. The sheathing is inspected for rot or damage. All rotten or damaged wood is replaced as needed. A water/moisture barrier house wrap is installed on all exposed sheathing. Custom bent aluminum is installed on all windows, doors, eaves and frieze boards. Siding accessories are installed for all water spickets, electrical connections, light boxes, etc. J-channel is then installed around windows, doors, roof aprons and frieze boards. Inside and outside corners are installed. Next starter strip is laid and vinyl siding (horizontal or vertical), Diamond Kote, James Hardie Board, or wood Board & Batten are installed to manufacture specifications. Optional insulation products are available on request. Caulk as needed.  Leach Construction uses a mobile F-550 dump truck for storage and removal of debris. Many of our jobs do not require a stationary dumpster in the driveway.
