Decks

Leach Construction offers several options for exterior decking projects. Such as new custom decks with site plans and 3D renderings, renovating and/or re-decking existing decks, addition of railings, trellis, and extension of existing decks. All new deck projects will have appropriate permits and site plans rendered prior to the start date. Miss Dig is contacted prior to exuviation of post holes to mark any underground lines. City inspectors are on site for all inspections needed (posthole, structural and final). Decking materials offered are Trex composite decking, TimberTech composite and PVC decking, treated lumber, and cedar lumber. We also offer a wide variety of railing options including aluminum railings, steel cable railings, PVC, and wood railings. Leach Construction uses a mobile F-550 dump truck for storage and removal of debris. Many of our jobs do not require a stationary dumpster in the driveway.
